OTT = Over-the-Top
OTT is a streaming media service offered to viewers on the Internet. Ads can run on Apps, Mobile, Desktop and TV.
CTV = Connected TV
CTV is a TV that is connected to the internet and accesses content beyond what is available from a cable provider through apps, websites, and streaming services.
